Okay,
PR is for RageRank - the value displayed in the google toolbar, 0 to 10. PageRank is assigned to site pages and is theoretically there to give an idea of the value of a particular page as seen by google. Higher
PR does not mean higher rankings.
SERP is for Search Engine Results Page (the rankings, i.e. the position, for a particular keyword).
What you originally meant is rankings, not PageRank
