Any kind methods we can use?

Now,i know we can submit directory,bookmark,blog,forum sig,blog post,link exchange to make our sites have a good position,but some of them i think not has effect for us,so any other kind method we can use?

Did you ever tried doing any of those stuffs? Can you say that you worked hard trying those stuffs out? Or you are running out of patience? It's a process. If you don't have the patience, you will surely get lost.

Oh well, if you have the budget, try doing some PPC campaign.

^Very right remember the websites on top did those things and probably for a lot longer than you so keep going and try to do as much as possible. I find it helpful to submit my articles to www.ezinearticles.com and www.goarticles.com if you write articles that are worth republication they you will get a viral affect going and since you get to place promotional links within the author bio it is a free way of getting unlimited free one way backlinks, my best time for article republication is 2 hours after submitting and I began getting traffic off the blog that posted my article. Something you may want to try.

One other thing if your not on the first page for the keywords you want then search for those keywords and look at the top ten sites then run them through yahoo's site explorer which will let you know the quantity of backlinks you will need to compete. You should also check where they are getting their backlinks I have found high PR do follow blogs within my niche this way.

Yes,i have tried to use these formats to get traffic and backlinks,but you know some of them has only a little effect for me,and i'm just a worker in our company,the boss do not want to use PPC.So i have this question,or maybe i need keep on doing these.

Try these tips to get solve-out you problems.
1. Get links from related but non competitive sites
2. Make sure anchor text contains your target keywords
3. Get links from high PR sites and from high PR Pages
4. Get links from directories and from non directories
5. Get one way links as much possible and two way links as well
6. Don’t over optimize your links
7. Find authority sites in your niche and get links from them also
8. Get links from various IP Addresses
9. Get links to your home page to other pages as well(deep linking)
10. Get permanent links as much as possible
11. Think about users perspective than search engines
12. Distribute an online press release about your site
13. Get links from non bad neighborhood.
14. Find a less competitive keyword

Embedding youtube videos into your blog will get you links from youtube. However, the links are tagged with nofollow, but google still follows the link.

Under each video there is a "Statistics & Data" drop down menu. In that menu the top 5 linking sites are listed. So grab some low view videos, embed them and get some backlinks from youtube.
