Not a bad list though you did not mention link farms and the general spammy places on the web. Also you should probably wait until after post 50 and place self serving links into your sig rather than placing them at the end of your posts.

A lot of that 10 are just wrong or do not have any substance. Blog commenting - most people do it - its spam. Measuring traffic - pointless - measure traffic against conversions.

This sort of rubbish leads people astray.
