I have not used the company you mentioned, but many of these companies build links for you by spamming other sites. You get plenty of links and tons of people pissed off at you.

Whomever you choose make sure you get referrals to check out on your own. Never just trust their word that they don't spam.

Interesting you mention it I just got done building links for a friend here on the forum. I guaranteed no spam, tell them exactly what I was going to do, and also a list of the links where I promoted their site. It is a good idea to know exactly what you are getting into and find out before hand where your links will be placed. If they are spammers you may have links for a while, but they will be worthless when the webmaster removes them (not saying the company spams just going off of what ^^ is saying)

I know some companies in India provide link building service. Never tried them before, but some of them look quite legit. Their rates are very reasonable for what they provide.

About forumlinkbuilding(dot).com:
I'm always suspicious of these guys if they have a low PR - these ones only have a PR 2

About outsourcing linkbuilding:
I tried quite a few of them and all were an absolute waste of time, below my experiences:

- One submitted to automatic link building services creating over 2000 backlinks in one week. My site was banned from Google, traffic dropped to almost nothing and pagerank went to 0

- One promised me 150 high quality links - he just wrote 2 simple articles and submitted it to article directories, which delivered very limited response

I could go on and on.

In summary, I have spent thousands on outsourcing link building and in the end I recruited a couple of people myself to do it in house, with much better results.

Whatever you do, do not pay before you see the result, because it is almost always not what you agreed on.

Hope it helps -

Dubscrub made a good point, never outsource link building. It cost money and if you pick the wrong provider your site may be banned or penalized.

The time you save in outsourcing your link building, may turn into a nightmare to fix their work, then good luck to get your money back.

Sounds very risky alltogether, will stick to my own linkbuilding again. @Emco pretty funny indeed that their own pagreank is only 2 when offering linkbuilding services!
