as i am new in seo i need your experience and suggestion. i am asked to get pr3+one way permanent back link. but not form directory, blog posting, blog comment, forums, bookmarking, article posting,link farm, link exchange. so friends please suggest me where i will get pr3+ oneway permanent link. can you give some site address where i will get these link. thanks

Form all the free sources u do not need.. so better go for reciprocal or payed links

Why are you buying link for PR? That's artificial and will never give you the real value of your site. If you want to buy links, buy it for traffic or promotion not for manipulating the Google PR system.

I think that the natural way to get such links will be to write excellent content and add in the site. People finding that content useful will link to it. That way, you might get links from high PR pages.

Other than the natural way, I guess the only possible way will be to buy such links; which off course is not a very good idea as SEs [Google] hate paid links and penalize sites that do such business.

If you were to consider trying to get high PR posts, you should speak to link sellers or simply ask for blog commenting services. Some reputable SEO's would be glad to share information, but there is always a price tag to that.

In essence, there are many different ways to find high quality backlinks that are high PR.
