It's possible assuming that Google goes down for monopolistic practices. But other than that, it would take some major development on Bing's end to increase their returns on relevancy.

@shivajise, At this moment of time, it would be difficult for them to beat google. Even statistics show that combination of yahoo and bing traffic are not even close to google's traffic.

it seems that yahoo and msn failed to beating google and now they planned to make a combine force but i don't think that even this can beat google.
