My blog content found in RSS feed directory And found in copyscap.com

Well I have just started my blog few days ago and i'm promoting my blog now days in different ways but today unfortunatly i submmited my blog into RSS feed directory and after few hours my all content found as copied. i have checked on copyscape.com that my all blog's content found in RSS feed directory so my searching engine results effected. And unfortunatly i have not registerd in RSS feed directory.

Any help me on this issue. I really don't know what to do ?

This is sure. you submitted feed and feed directory will fetch your content when you post. This cause duplication
