MSN Tech Preview

What is everyone's opinion of the new MSN search tech preview? I'd say it's improved greatly since it's first incarnation, and it seems evident that anchor text is highly weighted, and without dampening factors added for links from the same IP.

I like those results! (ranking very well for Kws). I think your right Toolkit, they are not dampening multiple links from the same IP block

I like the results as well... I'm #1 or 2 for all my search terms!

Most other people I've talked to have said the same thing thebassman. I just wish they'd hurry up and move to their own results - I think Aaron reckoned December would be the time.

Well i just walked through a list of my most search keywords for my forum and if i enter those they dont show up on msn at all, My main keywords, as in the title do show up high in the serps.

that was based upon Andy Beal noticing that MSN search was sponsoring the SES and a few statements from Bill & co saying that they wanted to have it out before the end of the year.

I second that! For one of my sites I rank first page for numerous KW's.

and not wimpy KW either #4 here "Results 1 - 10 of about 137,808,833"

Interesting. They have shut down the tech preview again, will make changes and come back with another preview for us

Its still available from the .com version
