Lightbulb SEO safe Opensource CMS?
I am on the hunt for a good opensource (read 'free') CMS for a client of mine, but it has to be SEO safe or at least out of the box it wont kill my clients chances of getting a good start.

Any suggestions?
I dont care about platform/ coding language, just looking for something I can get up and running quickly.

Any bad ones I should steer clear of?
