Yes, this is how to check your backlinks manually in Google and Yahoo.... Correct me if I'm wrong,I think there is no s in the word "link" coz it has different result...

What SEO tools? Does anyone have a link. Is this a software, site, etc? Google is the best for checking any backlinks. Yahoo include all inner pages also. There are lots site which show exact backlink of your site. You go with google it always show right result.

There are many available. You can search in Google for the same.

Google and Yahoo will display different results for number of Backlinks since Yahoo also considers inner links. Always check in Google Web Master tools to get exact number of Backlinks of your website.
