You can do either of the following to help you get index:

1. SE Submission
2. Build Links - Back links helps you get index.
3. Create a sitemap - it helps your sub-pages get index.
4. Ping your site

I find that having a blog is good enough. When I publish a new post, I am indexed in Google within 10 minutes. I ping a few update services including pingomatic.

my posts are indexed very quickly < 10 minutes

My experience to get index on google first page by making comments on dofollow blogs it is very fastest way.
