you can find seo methos on this forum, hmmm, i think hiring stuff to do the seo is a good way, but, if you know how to check his work, i think it is better so i suggest you to learn some seo ways

Hey brighten up, pal. Perhaps English's not his native tongue.

And just for the record, yes, web pages have rankings for certain keywords. People someitmes tend to mix up Google PR (which has nothing to do with keywords and SERPs) and search ranking of a web page (the position of a webpage in the search results for a keyword).
