If you are using the same link don't use it more than twice per 1000 words, otherwise it will be considered spamming

It depends on where will you point your links If the link is relevant for the article you made, then it's fine. But if it is just for spamming and traffic purposes, then it's the other way around.

Its not advisable to include backlinks on your article body text instead you can include the backlink on the resources (Author bio). Maximum of three links can be included. For blogs you can include 2 backlinks , if it contains 300 words. If its 1000 words, you can include around 3 to 4 backlinks. Dont stuff your blog with keyword and backlinks.

I usually link 3 to 5 and as what copybuild mention above is right. it's really depends on where you actually going to put your link. Just don't make it obviously like spamming.

My suggestion in blog dont use more than 3 links. If it comes from article you should follow article site rules and submit max no. of link as they told. Dont exceed it.

Not a lot and only relevant links. 2-3 links on a quality article give more benefit than 20 stuffed links.

See what matters is whether those links which you are putting once or many times goes naturally with your text. Simply be natural when you write an article or put a link related to it. The more you make articles around your purpose, you end up getting caught by SE. Just be natural

Its up to you. You can do link farm in an article but sometimes it was not effective. For me the best number of links in an article are either 1 or 2 links.

In my case, no matter how long the article is, I only place 2-3 links, but mostly 2.
Blogs give you the freedom to do whatever you want with it, therefore you can flood it with links if you desire, but it is not recommended. I only place links if I mentioned the keyword and I don't flood a post. I don't want to it to be seen as spam.

Yes it is right that a blog gives you independence of doing anything, however if you insert 50-100 links in your blog it will look like instead of working for your blog you are advertising for some one else.
