I would, it's at least something that Google places some weight on. But I'd make sure you do a 301 redirect from the old page to the new one.

If the number of indexed pages of your site is low, you should consider rewriting the URLs so you could have more pages indexed.

However, if your site is doing good job, you do not need to change URLs.

Before thinking of changing your URL to reflect your keywords, what about the ranking of the current URL or has it not been ranked yet.
If I were you, I will prefer to add subpages that contain the targeted keywords, this way you wont lose your ranking.

Take all of the above into consideration, if you have many pages indexed and you are ranking well for many of those pages, perhaps it's not a good idea to make changes now. If you want to make the changes no matter what, then make sure you do a 301 redirect like atlantadental suggests. That way the transition is smooth and you won't lose any traffic coming from your old indexed pages. Keyword inside the domain definitely helps.

Keywords in domain name would help. Evidences from google SERP would prove.

I suggest you to go for 301 redirection if you have good traffic and better ranking for your major keywords.

I would not rename links, I would simply use keywords in links going forward.
