I try to use the Forum to Promotion our website banklink, and how can I see the forum Effects? that i must site every forum to look the Effects? is there any easy to look at the result, except the Google Tool.

If you want to check backlinks w.r.t different search engine you can use backlinkcheck for this. This will provide you the total backlink count of your site collectively, and from different search engines also.

Well you can use different link checker tools to check whether your post on forums are counted as baclinks or not. Then you can use statcounter to check traffic that are referred by forums.

You can manually check your site's backlink through link command in google or lindomain in Yahoo. See if one of your site's backlink came from forum., Google Analytics and Statcounter could also tells if the forum you're using is one of the source of your traffic.
