What is meant by "advertiser competition" in adwords.google.com - keyword suggestion tool.

What is the difference between "Local search volume" and "Global search volume".. Should we consider "advertiser competition" while generating keywords for our website?. Did "google.adwords.com" provide good keywords or is there any tools that can help us to generate effective keywords better than adwords?

"Advertiser Competition" is basically a guide to how competitive a given keyword is. The more colored the bar, the more competitive. Its the number of advertisers bidding on the same keyword.

Advertiser Competition is an interesting concept. It could also be thought of as a kind of competitive "Supply," since each of those advertisers has a site with a landing page for each keyword they bid upon.

Advertiser competition is the competition rate as its name says all. I suggest you not to stuck on this but the expected CPC value.

Local search means your country search, global means all the world
