High PR web sites for link exchange

Hi,

Before I post here the rest of my message want to be sure that I am allowed here to offer my web sites for link exchange.

If this is fine with forum rules I would like to offer links from my web sites with PR 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in exchange for links or banners.

I see lot of people here are interested to gain higher PR, so I think I can help. Have several web sites in diferent categories... So, if administrator permit, we can talk here about link exchange which we can arrange.

This forum does allow link exchange requests, but you need to be here http://www.v7n.com/forums/want-exchange-links - you should probably get more response there
