Getting rank in SE's takes time. It needs more work and patience. If you want to see your site in the first page, try Google adwords. However, you just need a big budget.

The span time of keywords ranking will depend on how competitive a particular keyword is. If your aiming to rank on the first page for that very competitive keyword in just 15 days, well that's really difficult and close to impossible. Start with long-tailed search terms if you want quick ranking.

If there are 160 000 000 websites in competition for the main keywords, I doubt it will be a normal 2-3 work keyphrase.

Rather worrying about the huge competitions, you should start SEO for your websites and by doing the proper SEO you might beat the competitors. but at any point of time you should not loose your patience becasue increase in PR using SEO can be a lengthy process.

SEO is long time process - you cant get anything in just 15 days. You have to wait for some times..
I also suggest you to not to try black-hat SEO for quick results. It will ban your site.

Hi,
For the fast keyword rank all you can do is optimize your keyword by adding proper meta tags, alt tags, make keyword density etc...etc, on whole properly do the on page optimization. After that submit your site in good directories, regularly update your site and finally make relevant links with high PR sites....Definitely link building is not possible in 15 days.....But if a good on page optimization is done its possible to rank your site as soon as possible.

I think that it is a short tail keyword.
I also think that this keyword is not a valuable keyword to target. Why?
Because it is too competitive. A keyword that is too competitive is usually not used by people who is in buying mode.

nothing impossible on online that's it's called up internet, which cover all the things,
follow strong techniques of on page, maintain proper on page steps in your entire website and make your website development user friendly and search engine friendly.
after the on page steps then after you can go through off page which take such time if you want in natural way, if you want ranking in 15 day for competitive keyword then you can go through some paid link initially which is great way to get traffic within some working days simultaneously you can follow off page methods proper way and proper manner.
This Entire process gives you success only success

I got someone ranked for a 4 word phrase in less then a week. They did not appear in the top 500 results before i started for this phrase. I put out just under 2000 links in a couple days. The page was ranked 5th for for that search and 12th for another 4 word phrase a couple days after i was done... they werent ranked top 500 for either before i started.
With enough links anythings possible.
Obviously people will say its impossible... because it is impossible for them.
But i can exchange links across 400+ servers with 100 million links in the shuffle so it looks like a totally natural link bomb. I can even rank a page with no content with enough links... Obviously that will scare people and they will cry but it doesn't change the fact that its possible.

It is possible by hardwork, but 15 days is very little time to see your result. Because need to wait atleast for search engine updation.

start from some less competitive keywords will of course help u to rank hign quick, but don't forget to add your keyword in thr title!
Title is the best place to add your targeted keywords. The text written inside the title tag displays in search results as your page title. It should be be short and limited to 6-7 words in it. It will be better to add targeted keyword in the beginning of title tag.
