dmoz.org entry... but not in main area?

Well, the Bing Webmaster tools are working again, or now, depending on your viewpoint. For the longest time I found that it generated an error when I tried to add a site listing.

So I get in, and download a list of backlinks to my site (it's my sig, don't think I can post URLs in posts yet). Very surprised, I found an entry in the backlinks from DMOZ.org - which I thought was very rare, but then I noticed the link is not in a "regular" area of DMOZ that I'm familiar with... perhaps it's in an editor's queue?

For some reason an editor has placed your site in their bookmarks. That's the play/reserve area for editors. We use it to keep sites we want to work with or to build test categories or just to keep a site we want about for some reason. Why this editor has put you there only they know so I can't help with the specifics.

It does get you a list even if it is not in the main area.

That's what I assumed, but had never heard of this until now.
