How to use? Can you please elaborate more on your question?
Meta tags are placed before the </head> tag. Codes are:
<meta name ="title" content=" ">
<meta name ="description" content=" ">
<meta name="keywords" content=" ">

meta tags are tags that you use in your html in between these tags <head> ---- </head>
meta tags are diffrent kind and are used for many parpouse. the most important tag is title in SEO point of view.
