Linking

Hi,

I have a number of sites, each on different class C ip addresses. Should I reciprocate links between all of them or only do 1 way inbound links from A to Z site? (ex: a to b, b to c, c to de, etc).

I've been reading somewhere that inbound links are more valuable than reciprocated...is that true?

Thanks,

Uban

I am not 100% sure of that, but in google's case, reciprocal links doesn't work anymore. It's like making -1 + 1, the result is null.

I think they still count for something just because many good sites cross reference each others...look at how powerful some blogs are...that get a ton of their links from other blogs in their little clicks.

as far as linking schemes go for creating your own networks... you also want to register the domains via proxy and try to get a decent # of backlinks into your network from other sites that are not in it to make it look like a natural part of the web.

Have you performed any tests to prove this? Thats a very definitive statement. Common sense tells us one way links are worth alot more than having to reciprocate, but to say reciprocal links aren't worth anything I find hard to believe. I would want stronger evidence than just a mere statement to prove this.
