do you know any tool which can give me the accurate size of the whole website, not just a page size?

Get the Web Developer Toolbar for Firefox. Under Misc. it has a ruler function. It measures H,W, and also pinpoints location.

Yes I agree it will help you a lot in measuring the actual size of your website.
