On a side note, If I were listed there I would contact their webhost as well..

It seems they are hosted by phpwebhosting.com which looks to just be a reseller of http://theplanet.com/

So, I would email them and/or fax a statement of infringment to inform them of the infringing content on that site.

I'm very surprised that no one has done this yet. The web host is liable if they do not comply with the law if they are aware of the offence.

These guys cold called me once. I said something along the lines of "Why in the hell would an SEO company have to cold call anyone?"

The cold caller turned belligerent, we swore at each other, and the call ended. LOL. Why would an SEO firm have to cold call?

The answer is: they wouldn't. People would find them in search engines if they were any good.

some people are greedy scumbags that can never have enough money. those kinds of people need to cold call. also bad SEOs (who get their own sites banned) need to cold call too.

his questions were a bit leading. he did not follow up with the sources I told him to check with. he was too lazy to contact jill. he called my house looking for edward lewis.
