Hi can anyone let me know what is forum submission and what are all the popular sites to do forum registration and submission

The forum promotion is totally free! The forum is a place where various people may sign up (for free) and open topics for discussion or reply to already open threads. You have 2 basic ways to get exposure in forums through:

Your Signature.

Wonderful response!! What is the main benefit we gain participating in forum discussion... Do we get any backlinks out of that.. Pls dont mind if I am wrong and would really appreciate your reply for this

yes, it does help to build backlinks if the links in the forum signatures are do follow

From my experience the best part of participating in a forum is gaining and sharing lots and lots of knowledge....Yes, we can get backlinks from forum also....

This what you are doing is called Forum Postings.

People use it to get backlinks as some of the forums provides do follow signature where you can use your hyperlinked Keywords. And yes Forum is one of the best place to get a nice traffic and also a good place place to advertise your site and services.
