Does anyone know of any good, honest private label seo companies out there with white hat techniques?

Who are some of the best seo companies out there?

Have anyone ever heard of places such as promote3.com or metamend.com? If yes, what do you think of them?

they make lots of stupid press releases anouncing proprietary meta tags and partnerships with extremely small search sites such as exactseek.

...haven't heard of any of then, but then again, that doesn't they are not good. Ask for references, and grill them in your interview.
