Sites using nofollow and dofollow at the same time
I am noticing quite a few sites, especially blogs, using the nofollow and dofollow attributes at the same time.

There are some blogs that allows only dofollow if commenter have posted more than 5 comments... I think that is a plugin... I have listed some in my collection..
