How to tell your customers?

How to convince your clients when you getting some inaccurate information from Google like different indexing status from site: command and GWT? or some other issue like that?

How would say that Google is inaccurate in these terms? Because Client would not happy to listen from you that Google is inaccurate.

Have your client read some references regarding your concerns. You could tell exactly to your client about what's going on and support it with some articles/updates/discussions going on relating to your concern from forums(reputable ones)/review sites(ex. seomoz).

Telling concerns pointedly to clients is sometimes misunderstood so your next goal would be is to have them relate to your concerns by bringing them to the scenario - give references, links to related active discussions and so on.

Also, don't forget to emphasize that you're dealing it so hard and making the best that you can do to help them.

How would you say that Google is an inaccurate search engine?. IMO it is currently the most accurate search engine ever (not that relevant but it can give you exact result based on your search terms).

Now on the problem to your client, you could just say that it's normal that Google fluctuates and makes changes suddenly and give him the facts(you could find it easily on Google Webmaster or by searching it).

I would also agree that google is the top search engine and maybe just think of a different way to phrase your problem so they more than likely have no idea what your talking about but still trust you. That will most likely be your best option. Atleast to buy you some time to get your problems worked out.
