Dynamic page description and keywords.
Hello,
I have few websites where each page had different/seo title.
What about dynamic meta description? Should I change it from static and load description from database? It is umm, "SEO friendly" to load different description each time user loads the page?

According to me, Every web page title and discription should be different. refer this blog, to some extent this will help you out.
