Well more dofollow blogs are turning to nofollow lately due to spammers who wouldn't even care at least reading the post. So just always remember to make a relevant and helpful comment when you do blog commenting, which I assume that you are already doing.. =)

Very true. Even more to the point, do-follow blogs are rapidly becoming equipped with decent spam software, so anyone discourteous enough to post utter garbage that has nothing to do with the content of the blog might as well save their time.

If people are willing to read the blog post and make a cogent comment I dont begrudge them a link... but if they pee in the pool with stuff like the examples below, they go into the trash. With good spam software it's a piece of cake to intercept this garbage before it hits.

CONCLUSION: Show the blog owner the courtesy of a cogent post or expect the effort of posting to be wasted.

According to Matt-Cutt...No-follow links have been started to be considered by Google. Still its better to get those links from quality blogs. It is good as well if you can links from do-follow with high PR

Do not focus only to those do follow blog site dear, you have to consider also the no follow one because it can also give you traffic.
