No Follow?
I have read a lot about getting your links to certain places and site, but i always see to not put them on a no follow site. Is there a way to tell if its no follow??

you can put your site to no follow site because google can still index the no follow site...anyway, yahoo and bing are still there..

Markov, dont quote me on this, but from the research and infomation I have seen, That would not be a good one to get. from what I understand, If there is a nofollow, that means none of the ranking would bleed to your page.
The thing I dont understand, is if there is a way to tell if a site is a nofollow?

No follow links are still very useful so do not discount them.
However, if you want to check whether a link will be nofollow or not then just look at a link already on that page, whether it be comments on a blog or in forum signatures.
There may be an easier way to do it but in Google Chrome you can just hover over a link and right click then select 'Inspect Element' and it will show you the source code that generates that link.

There are SEO addons for Firefox that'll label links as follow or no-follow. The stuff I linked in your other thread would include those.

I've heard a lot of people start saying that nofollow doesn't matter for backlinks. But just to be sure I make sure that when I'm building backlinks that they're dofollow by using quicksearchstatus and setting it to "highlight nofollow".

Check the source code for the nofollow like bompa said or just get the dofollow plug in for firefox...it rocks! it will highlight links in blue (dofollow) or pink (nofollow) could not be more simple! And you can turn it on and off with a right click!

1. There are many add-on of browsers such as firefox to apply to easily tell if there is a no-follow htm.
2. However, no-follow is still useful for adding root domain amount.
Hope you like my answers!
