When you posting to a directories and the IP are all the same the value of it is only one because single IP count as one.

Your site is been submitted to the link farm which is hosted on the same shared server having the same IP. if your site is listed in the directory its good, it will help you a lot, IP will not matter

i thing same ip are not bad for link exchange nd directory submission bcoz every link are helpful for site.
