I don't know which category should I post this topic since it is both related to Google and SEO. Please inform me if you have questions regarding to the right category of this thread. I have read so many articles and I still don't understand the distribution of link juice in increasing one page's page rank. Here is my question. For example v7.com/forums has PR 6 and it's SEO category has PR 4 and this thread is PR 0. Does this PR 0 thread will receive some link juice? If yes which link juice will be come from? Is it from v7.com/forums or it is from the category which this thread included? I want to hear your thoughts. Thanks.

I think any decent backlinks would have their link juices for the linked sites.
If we link from some high PR sources like v7n.com forum, Google would crawl our sites more frequently and index our pages faster.

Hi,
All the pages having different PRs as per their importance. It doesn't make any difference if you get any back link from the site, it will count from the site as V7 site.
Yes but I must say that you have to create inbound links for your thread.

IMO, link juices are coming from the site who have higher PR in order to share some organic juices to a site who has a smaller value of rankings. Example, if you are going to place a link to a good PR sites that is related to your niche you will get a link share from it, let say you place your link to siteA and that siteA has a value of 10 and there are 5 links who is link to it. It means that all 5 site who is linking to siteA have a 2:10 ratio in getting a link juice.

I don't think, so my site I have created many link, now only in page 3 under my keyword it may be due to something like maxine saiding.

Link Juice related to your website PR, I mean to say that Your Entire website has PR5, so that Search engine will share your Home Page PR with other inner pages.

In short that Search engine share your website home page PR with your Website inner pages that's call Link Juice.

Just to make it a bit simple. The link juice passed on to a page is directly proportional to the Pagerank and inversely proportional to the number of links present on that page.

P.S. Link juice is somewhat an outdated concept as it was based on Google's early Pagerank algorithm which is not the same now.

The question is a little puzzling. The PR of the threads page and where the link juice to that page comes from depends on the internal linking structure of the forum

If you are asking what the link juice a link out from a PR zero page on the site is to the site being linked, then it's from that page i.e PR0 not the homepage PR 6

I would say, not to worry about link juice concept for forum links. Google has proprietary algorithm which they havent disclosed yet about the link juice concept - anyway it seems to be outdated.
