Can you explain what you mean by "not crawled" ?

Are you meaning that the page is not cached? Or not indexed?

A page does not need to be cached in order to have PageRank.

Some time it is possible when the domain use is old. Check the how much domain is old.

Just because there is no cached version available doesn't mean that the page can't be crawled or indexed.

Cached Links
Quote:
Google takes a snapshot of each page examined as it crawls the web and caches these as a back-up in case the original page is unavailable. If you click on the "Cached" link, you will see the web page as it looked when we indexed it. The cached content is the content Google uses to judge whether this page is a relevant match for your query.

When the cached page is displayed, it will have a header at the top which serves as a reminder that this is not necessarily the most recent version of the page. Terms that match your query are highlighted on the cached version to make it easier for you to see why your page is relevant.

The "Cached" link will be missing for sites that have not been indexed, as well as for sites whose owners have requested we not cache their content.

The age of a domain has nothing to do with whether or not a page (that isn't cached) has PageRank or not.

As mentioned, the age of domain names has got nothing to do with the PR values. For example, assume you register a domain name today and then leave it alone with no websites or links and then return back to it after ten years. Do you believe it would be any different than a newly registered address? Definitely no difference because the active websites which gain backlinks and PR need to be updated with new links in most cases and about your site, addition of contents could be recommended.

ashokkumar;

I think if you'll look now, you'll see that the page has no toolbar PR and is no longer indexed. Prior to the recent update the page was indexed, but not cached.

Hint: have you read the responses above?

A page does not have to have a cached version available in order to have PageRank.

Method?

I do not agree. A page having pr 3 must be cached by google. Otherwise how google would rate it?

It happens sometimes with dropped domains. If a formerly high PR domain gets dropped, it gets removed from the Google index. However, the PR is still shown until the next Google PageRank update. So don't worry too much about the Toolbar meter until the next update. It will probably become PR N/A after the next update.
