:-) Ok, guys, i will explain where the difference is:-)
Scriptlance and all similar pages offer you bid for web site building projects, but www.primelance.com offers you to post advertizing projects. Say if you have good web site and suppose that someone would want to advertize there, you say it on primelance.com, and those interested in advertizing on your website will bid on yor project. That is the difference.
