Banned from Yahoo?

Some time back I talked about working on a site that had been banned due to Traffic Power. The site owner dropped them and let us take over completely. The site is ranking on page 1 in Google and MSN but is not in Yahoo. The site was completly re-done, no old code at all. New host, new everything. This site and the links etc are VERY clean. Any thoughts?

The new site has been up for 3 weeks. Is that enough time for Slurp to go through, etc?

Should I write to them?

Has Slurp visited the site at all since you took over? If there's a manual penalty in place, it might have to removed manually.

My site went live 24th Feb, Slurp hit the homepage on the 2cd March, then returned on the 3rd March to grab the rest of the pages.

you may need a month for Slurp to visit your site again. quality links help speed up the process.

I've got great links. The site is in DMOZ. The site is ranked number 1 for a few terms in Google. Still no Yahoo. I wrote them and didn't hear back after 2 weeks. Help...Any more ideas on what I can do.
