SEO HELP ADVICE. Rode hard and put away wet...
Hi there. This is a post from a pretty frustrated business owner. In 1998 we first went online after starting a brand new industry in the health field. We immediately became overrun by unethical people with savvy SEO skills. And here I am 7 years later burping and chirping on the curb, barely making payroll. With a Google page rank o 4. I want to get it to 7-8. We are determined to remain ethical (to the grave?).
Here is the bottom line. I have paid a kings ransom to "SEO" and traffic experts. No one seems to know the extent of what to do. I have per directives done and paid for: 70 pointer sites, spam site, web logs, keyword dense anchor site, xhtml coding, few keywords in meta, many keywords in meta, alt tags, site map, on and on and on. Now I look at this massive mess and see that I have a mess of many people.
Now I can be a victim here or assume responsibility. I am responsible for maintaining my naivety to the fundamentals. On the other hand do I need med school to get a gal bladder removed? What ever. I now have a dangerous understanding of how it works. But I am not going to do surgery on myself. I have a business to run.
I need some one who really understands how to make this work and piece it all together for me. Someone that the people who knows and cannot be BS'd understands (you guys?) and approves of, that is hungry and willing to help me assemble this conundrum.
I need help. I need someone I can trust. I need someone reasonable and/or who will accept funding on RESULTS (imagine that) based on mutually verified tracking for our sites through our central shopping cart.
Any one can get top ranking on a rare search word like "australian frog legs" but how about the monster I created like "hgh spray"? I created this. I can't even get on the map now. Ironic, isn't it?
It would be amazing to connect with some good people to build a lifetime alliance with and dominate the market I started. Any takers or Ideas? How about an AARL contest...

Pretty creative way to spam webmaster forums with your links.
couldn't you post this in the trash bin rightaway instead of letting a mod do it for ya?

Boy did you set your self up for failure, or you let others talk you into it.
I wouldn't touch that with a ten foot pole. It looks as if you have 7 years of problems to clean up some being serious. Your lucky you even have PR and that your not banned from the engines.
good luck

Well, you might even get this forum banned from the engines after you added those links to this domain. What about that eh?
Those are nasty looking links dude. they look like spam that can get you banned to me and I wouldn't like to have any of them them on any of my domains.
edit; I'm amazed that this isn't deleted yet btw.

If it is a sincere request for help, it's an ill-adviced one. We forums deal with a lot of spammers, so when somebody comes in posting as many links as you have, it gets peoples' suspicions aroused.
If you've spent all the money you say you have on SEO, you should've learned by now that SEO is mainly a scam-fest, with a side of genuinely incompetent stupidity.
Build sites that sell, and build your brand, and leave rankings to the search engines.

This is the right place to ask for help, the way you did it is not right.

Thanks Paul
I was not at all attempting to spam. Only trying to give you guys a snapshot of this setup. So you could see it's fractured setup and look at source code as well. I apologize.
JohnScott
It is a scamfest and I get the blue ribbon for "scamee". This is why I am here. My company cannot take another hit. I need a trustable source to help us complete what needs to be completed.

Now that the moderator has deleted the URLs. At least go to antiagingresearch.com and look at the source code. Is this OK to do?

Why did it take you 7 years, are you slow?
These kinda forums have been around for quite some time, I'm just wondering why it took you 7 years to find em.
Then maybe that's why ya won the blue ribbon.
Like I said above, it looks as if you have 7 years of cleaning up. Are you looking to hire someone or get the info so you can do it your self?

The good news is that SEO is not complicated. Get a bunch of quality sites to link to your site using your keywords. You can do this by providing great content. If you invented this stuff you must know something about it.
Or you can start exchanging and/or buying links. This is the faster but more artificial way. If you have a bunch of blogs indexed by Google, check out the digital point ad coop.

I would be grateful if you gentlemen could point me to a reasonably priced TRUSTworthy expert that will also be willing to educate me on the maintainance afterwards. Content is not an issue. I get the link part. I need the have the pages and site structure finessed. Thanks

Just take advice from John, build good sites and leave the rest to the search engines.
My sites are well optimized for the search engines and have #1-#3 on MSN (google is another story) yet the search engines only bring in 2-5% of the sites total visitors (ironically, links bring in more) - If your industry for the term you want is highly saturated - Your going to find a large hole in your wallet as well as finding yourself in an even bigger hole (wasted time and effort).

It sounds like you want a designer more than an SEO. On page stuff won't make that big a difference. It's true that if you have thousands of pages in your site all linking to your main page with great anchor text you'll be helping yourself out, but other than internal linking through text which a web designer should be able to handle I wouldn't bother with on page SEO.
I should add that meta tags are helpful for some engines, but your headings, keyword density, and the like are not worth worrying about.
