Japanese SEO?

I did a search on seo and had never done that before. Is it my browser or does it show mostly Japanese(?) sites in the first pages of the serps?

yep, seen that, but when I checked the two first pages had only 3 or 4 English links, the rest was all japanese. I guess it was a temperary glitch.

I am seeing the same japanese results. When you click on the second page I got this message and more japanese results.

I did a translation (by following Google's link) on the Japanese sites, and interestingly, most of them have nothing to do with SEO.

I wonder if it has anything to do with most of those site use the tag onMouseOut. I also noticed some of the pages on the front page also use SEO in their ALT Tags.
