Why this happen?

I have tow blogs, all keyword of one blog is ranking in Yahoo but not any single keyword in Google. The second one just opposite, all keyword are ranking in Google but now in yahoo.

Give me the reason and tips to rank keywords in booth SEs.

I think you need to wait more time and build more link ,my suggestion if you host your domain on dedicated IP I think that issue will not emerge

are you equally doing the same seo technique on both blogs? and by the way it depends on your targeted kws and niche..

Do the same seo process for both the blog, do you update your blog in webmaster tools.

Firstly, you will need to work on improving the English and Secondly, you will need to work properly on offpage optimization.

How long have you had these published?
Because each one may just be picking up on one SE faster than the other.
The other thing is, to get some links and off-page optimization for them to help index them, and get them ranked a little better.

I think within week i have created both blogs, did same work for both blogs also.

If it's only week or less, just give it some time.

Sorry to say google is always harder to rank on. Your gunna have to do some back linking at least.

The poster wrote better than many of the folks here. Also how are you able to make the judgment of needing better optimization without knowing the sites in question?

The urls of the blogs in question would be helpful. Else all you;re going to get is guesses by "experts" who are just throwing out standard responses.

it's because, google and yahoo have different ways of ranking and keywords...

I think you should have to wait for results, it may take some time because both search engines have their own criteria.
