Google crawls about once a month. I recommend signing up for Google webmaster tools. Chances are that your website will be fully cached by August.

My understanding is that the frequency of the bot coming to your page depends on how many sites are linking to you. That also determines how deep the bot will index your pages. Thats what I figured out after extensive reading on SEO topics. The first time a bot comes to your page could be anywhere from a week to a month of having your site up.

For a new website, it can be indexed for a few days or less. But for a new web page, in my experience, for example, I post an article tonight, while tomorrow morning I will see it is indexed. Less than 24 hours.

Hi, lllindy457
I think this would all depend on your back linking strategies and page contents updating frequency. Generally speaking, having back links from high PR or authority sources would really helpful for prompt indexing purpose.
all the best,

Indexing is not relating only to Page Rank of a domain. There are many other factors and one of them is Page Rank.
But having good backlinks from quality sources can help you a lot to see your pages indexed fast on Google.

To examine the Google index, you need to map the site and use it with robots.txt, your site will index soon! if your website easily gain weight, good link structure and daily use or take two days to update your web pages you certainly get one day to index your site.

I think it takes about 2 - 3 weeks..make sure you optimize your web page and resubmit your xml site map to google webmaster...to validate your page you can use w3c validator..
Good luck

It indeed depends on the site. Some pages get indexed in 1 hour or less, some take days/weeks

Depends.
Rule of thumb: Search engines find you, not the other way around. Atleast that's my motto.

I run multiple sites and launch atleast 2-5 a month, I notice they usually are indexed within 24-72 hours after my link is submitted to google. Blogs help as well.

It depends on how you build links for your site. Normally, if your site is new it only takes 24 hours.

there is no specified time period for Google Bot to crawl your website. It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for a new website to get crawled and if domain age is old then you can see Crawl Status visiting on regular basis like for every 4 to 5 days. It also depends on the frequency of updating website. It's a good question my mate.

If a page is new, it will take a month to index. But if a page is already indexed it will again index within 2-3 days.
