Nobody is going to just give you a list of followed blog comments! Otherwise those blogs will get spammed to hell and nobody will benefit. There are certain things online, certain information you have to find for yourself, or pay for.

You could try this page if you want followed blog lists. I have used it before and it works.

Otherwise you need to do a lot of reading and learning about how to harvest and check URL's.

It will be better to you that you search do-follow blogs by yourself. Nobody can give you the accurate list of do-follow blogs because blogs are opened and closed everyday. I can tell you one method. Good ranking sites that are related to your site, check their backlinks and find out do-follow blogs from there (if they are).

This is a good tip if you are trying to build backlinks.

Also, you don't need dofollow blogs to increase your website traffic. Follow this guide to effectively comment on blogs.

And write some articles. Keep a blog, and write original content. You don't need to build any backlinks necessarily. If you have quality content, Google will pick it up.
