Effect on PR if URL changed

Would like to know if i change www.Domain.com to www.domain.com will it effect the pagerank (will it completely lose its PR).

regarding the above question actually i wanted to know if i change our web page url like www.domain/Directory/Myfile.asp to www.domain/directory/myfile.asp will it effect the google PageRank.

It will effect the PR. File names are case sensitive.
