Sounds like crap to me. Where outbounde links are pointing to on a site is important as well. If your site refernces relavant websites on your site, that will help your serp, but if some pitch letter like that tells you they have few outbound links, to me sounds like crap and they dont even know what they are talking about. Definate waste of time i bet.

he has really good feedback on the freelance site but i thought it seemed not good, when buying or paying some one to imporve inbound links for pr etc what should we ask for ?

This i cant tell you. 1. because im not a huge seo like alot of these guys here. But remember man if it sounds too good to be true it probably is. I think your time would be better spent checking you keywords and emailing some webmasters that are in the top 10 and try to get a link that way. Let them come naturally. Trust me i learned just 2 weeks ago how a non relavant link can trip a filter. Was top 10 for my keyword and 1 link from a site that was not related dropped me out of the top 250

You could always buy out my brothers website cos as he waists too much time on it rather than working on his civil engineering degree, type in "games console reviews" and www.whatconsole.co.uk will be number one and then loads of tracking free links deep into your site from it... you could also see his stats to find out good keywords.

Buy some more websites out and do the same.... they are mostly kids sites and a coupe of hundred pound will do... its just a fresh radical idea as current SEO ideas are stale and don’t deliver results to commercial websites. Even Pay Per Click may not give you a profit for video games cos the parents are the ones with the credit card... thus you need a radical ideas.

..oh yeah these SEO "(scams)" never work as my clients have been there done that! There is always a catch... trust me there is.

My recommendation is as follows:

1. Correct page titles to reflect content or keywords.
1.1 Update keywords in keeping with competitors.
2. Establish an RSS feed to preset engines which allow this feature. Product feed.
Note: with a simple script these webpages can be automated to keep themselves current as well as self submitting with the sitemap xml format files.

3. Construct and submit Google sitemap in keeping with #2 for dynamic updating.

4. In bound links 3 strategic high ranking links PR7 (2) & PR8.

Point 1 and 1.1 bang on and a MUST!

The other points I agree if your coding it yourself but I don’t think you will ever get a return on your investment of a programmer. The sitemap has to create its self on the fly. eg: www.futuremovies.co.uk/sitemap.asp is updated automatically the second my editor adds a new page and will cost to do so. If you make them yourself its a waist of your time IMO becuase your pages dont rank for a start

No. I will advise on how to title all future webpages rather than disturb those already published for obvious reasons (don't fix it if it's not broke). Many times optimizers mess up a website rather than tweak it for better results. I don't like dirty hands so I steer clear of too many alterations unless absolutely necessary.
Most of the issues I am addressing are targeted toward the search engine bots and will not reflect on your pages with two exceptions.
1. Meta Tags
The meta tags will be altered and I will instruct regarding new webpages rather than jump in and disturb the website. This is smarter and safer than disrupting the current webpages.

The second is: sitemap file add on.
The sitemap file will need to be uploaded to the public html directory. And on each page there will be an invisible script installed which leaves a small icon on the page which reads xml it is smaller than the login block above. This will keep your website continuously updated with Google. I am working on a script that will do the same for Froogle. It should be ready in the near future. You can take a look at the instructions at this link:http://www.autositemap.com/
This should answer any questions about the sitemap etc. The Froogle feed once completed will operate on the same or a similar premise as this one.
The entire purpose is to keep your website as up to date with as little effort as possible. This is only intended for Google
