Ok, so I haven't really touched on SEO before, but I started to put my site onto a few search engines and when I saw how it came out I was a little shocked, my site SketchTHAT.com has the links up the top right as you can see, and when you see my site in a search engine it lists the site like...

Is there any way I can get rid of the Home About Portfolio Contact and maybe the SketchTHAT.com part of this message without having to redesign my page?

You could change the text to buttons and don't use alt tags with them.
