Domain masking and SE submission question

Hello!
sorry i've been away so long guys! well i'm back now, for a quick question, i hope some of you can help!

Ive just bought a new domain, and set it up to forward to my 'actual' domain.

Now i'm going to try to sort out some masking, so that it is the 'actual' domain showing on the URL bar... but what i need to know is, can i submit the new domain name to search engines? or is that wrong?

I guess it can't harm, but i just dont want to get kicked off for spamming (not really sure how rigourous these things are!)

Also, i have heard recently that i should be resubmitting my site to search engines every few months - but other sources have told me just once - which would you reccommend?

anyway, sorry for the long time away, promise ill be back soon - just have too many things to be doing at mo

I'm very curious about this too. There is potential for damage just like linking from a link farm. I wonder what penalities there are if any.

Just once is enough because when your website is indexed, its pretty hard for search engines to remove it (or youre a spammer). If you don't see your website indexed anymore you can resubmit it to search engines to make sure that its re-indexed. Anyway you submit your site so it gets indexed...

And for the above question, if you link a purchased domain name to your main one and submit it to search engines... Lol i don't have the answer. I think its harmful for search engines IMHO.. but lol i really don't know

Good initiative that you asked google about that
