Your website is having backlinks from only 26 different domains and none of it is from a .edu website. Most of those backlinks are useless too. So if Google update pagerank also, your Page rank will be 0.

Try to get backlinks from some forums and website related to real estate. there are many forums for real estate discussions. try to find out them and list your list there.

Write some articles related to real estate in some blogs and get backlinks from it to your website. some of the example websites are, hubpages, squidoo, wordpress, blogger, blog, thumblr etc.

List your website under real estate category in web directories.

Also make your website more SEO friendly by using some SEO components like sh404sef for your Joomla powered website.

Yes, better in terms of SEO and ease of management. Also you can build real estate website in Drupal. I have built real estate websites in all these 3 CMS. But I prefer WordPress.

your ranked 40 at the moment and would do well to hit first page. you need lots more backlinks and your on page seo needs a relook

seo is not all about back links. your site should be seo friendly. search engine thinks like users if your website's keyword prominence and relevancy are good than your competitors than you should go up than them. if your site doesn't than you have to think about it

Looks like you're #24 when I search without quotes, which isn't too bad but I still see your title is "Home with equity" as opposed to the keyword phrase you're targeting. And it's advisable that you create subfolders/pages for all the areas, so it would be homewithequity.com/gulfport-ms-for-sale, homewithequity.com/otherlocation-for-sale etc. and then send backlinks with proper anchor text to these certain pages. And overall, get more content on your site, I almost see only listings. If you went to your site, would you go and buy a house? Certainly not. Find a way to presell your visitors properly and man, get rid of that developer you talked about since he has no idea of SEO obviously...
