John have you not thought of doing a RSS feed for this thread and submitting it to sites?

also would it be against the rules if some one was to link to another members contest pages with there contest pages?

I don't think that should be against the rules. People should be able to try out anything to get in the #1 position. At the end it will be very interesting to analize the tactics used. I do not believe that restricting the tactics by rules will do any good to the contest.

I don't even mind cloaking and doorway pages to be honest, let's see if Google is indeed as good at filtering spam as they say they are.

This promisses to be a more interesting contest than the NU contest.

The forum has an RSS feed -

RSS 0.91 - This feed is based on a standard written by netscape and provides a link and the title of the thread.

RSS 2.0 - This feed contains title, author, date and the contents of the first post of the thread.

I will go white hat (maybe some gray in regards to links) but what about the black hats?

Is it ok for them to spam one million blogs with their link to the contest page?

And another question:

Can I have more than one contest page, providing that each one has the link back to v7n?

hay John i know some one that can get you a press release in google news and sometimes yahoo news as well also if you dont get in google news he would give back the $30 that he was paid to write the PR he does all mine well is doing and he hasnt failed me yet

yep, it's been a long time since I posted - I drop in about monthly to read the odd thread, but I'm generally too busy to post. I guess that's a good thing, I'm keeping busy, although we've got larger offices and added more staff - so we can always be busier...!
