I somehow had to write the keywords on my once abandoned blog but didn't link them, I'm not competing.

It won't hurt I guess if you use them, my blog has a PR5 and I desided to use it to link to sites I like to help out a little. (these are not many, btw)

edit: That blog gets around 6000 pageviews/month, unbelievable.

Yeah, isn't it funny how 2 years ago you've blogged your butt off and no one's shown up ... then you surrender, let it just sit there, and all of a sudden Google falls in love with it. Next thing, you revisit after a year and are confronted with 100 spam comments on it

(pre-approve is a must these days)

I never had that comment function on my blog. If I want people to comment on what I have to say I say it on a forum. No one's gonna spam my sh!t.
