Last checked I',m 154 on google and I dont know what the heck I'm doing... Sta I'll revamp and cof site... I just want to make the top 20 and ill be happy...I'll be trading links starting Sat after I update site.. I have a link trade button on my site.

im bouncing between 55 and 65.

but I just saw over 200k IBL's turn up in yahoo.. so when google finds them. i should start moving up ok i hope

Hello everybody.

I'm going to free my self more time to run this contest. It's really fun to compete worldwide, even if our France located servers are ball and chains.
The fear spread by Taggle Team among some competitors make me laugh a lot... Althought, some of my buddies are very very powerful and dark SEOs... really dangerous guys with a strange sense of humor.

blogs do get generally better rankings due to the flat panel display. Meaning that all the content is right on the first page.. rather than 2 levels deep for example.

So the main page has all the content.

Another reason blogs do get better rankings is because of the very nature of blogs.. meaning trackbacks, rss feeds, etc etc... these tend to increase link popularity and visits via blog search engines and in general any search engine that can parse rss feeds.

So with increased traffic (due to non-google,yahoo, msn engines) this lets more people see the blog.. and if the content is intresting.. more people link to it... and increased link popularity via rss feeds.

The nature of blogs are to increase traffic.

But to say that 'blogs rank better' is not the only reason... my entry for example is bouncing around between #1 and #15 depending on DC ... it's not a blog though.. it's a forum.

I'm in a nationalistic spirit today. There are two Swedes in the top ten results, both with blogs on aged domains. And I'm on place 13 with my v7ndotcom elursrebmem contest page.

Plus! The Live pagerank tool shows an upcoming PR 6 for my entry. Here comes the Swedes!
