Is it possible to rank high w/ a template

Hi, I have a real estate website http://www.heatherstanton.com that is basically a template. I can only change text and add links. Will I ever be able to acquire a #1 ranking for keywords like Atlanta Real Estate etc.?

I think it won't because when I took a look at your site, Google might think you focus on Atlanta Georgia Real Estate instead of Atlanta Real Estate.

Atlanta Georgia Real Estate simply is emphasized more than Atlanta Real Estate

That sucks, well do you think that if I modify the text at the bottow half of the page will make difference? I cant change the top half with the graphics but, I can change the body text.

yea I know. I thought that I would need all the text in order for the search engines to recognize my keywords. Is that not true

Yyou do what 95% of realtors do (or rather overdo), which IMO is why there is a real estate filter in place (Google got pissed off)
No, it's not true: You've been only told a part of the story. The bigger picture looks completely different. The site looks totally ugly, seriously. You have found this site, and it doesn't do this. Does it?

Sorry to be so blunt. I used to work with a lot of realtors, and have never experienced so much misinformation within any other community. I have messaged you some ideas. Your site could look great, all you have to do is make a few changes.

You have overoptimized and your site is doing what too many are doing in real estate. You need to create something that people will want to link to voluntarily. Create some info about the area that you service. Schools, tennis clubs, anything to let people know what is happening. Then get a blog and blog about it and comment on related blogs. 2-3 entries/day on a blog hosted on your domain can get the ball rolling to where you start becoming a real estate household name for your area.
