What keyword density?

I have checked many sites which compete with me.

Some of them are having keyword density like 30% and are showed first, on competitive keywords.

What is the best keyword density for: Google, Msn, Yahoo?

There really is no ideal keyword density IMO. Comparing the keyword density of top ranked sites on competitive search terms, you'll find they vary from 45% or more, down to 5% or less.

So then, only the link popularity is important, and targeted links to my site content?

I wouldn't really say that only links are important - but they are the most important of factors which determine ranking.

At this moment i update my site content daily with news.

If i update the site twice a day, the SE can detect that and rate it better?

I really can't say that updatinf it more often will get yopu better ranking. I do believe that updating more often gets your site crawled more often, but more crawling doesn't = better ranking.

O knowed that stuff before, some were new, but, what is more important to obtain a better ranking?
